A spin-coater from Laurell technologies (model WS-400-6NPPB) with a 1.75″ (45 mm) diameter vacuum chuck for film processing in the air, with auto-execute process recipes, including run time and acceleration rate (manual operation also possible). A thermal evaporator with high and low temperature sources for depositing metals and organic materials. Two HARRY GESTIGKEIT GMBH programmable thermal ovens for high-temperature annealing (in air), up to 600 °C. Plate size280x200 mm, with cover.
- Two Schlenk line setups equipped with high vacuum pumps and nitrogen lines for the synthesis of colloidal nanocrystals and organic materials. Digital thermometers for precise temperature control and real-time temperature readings. A centrifuge (up to 10000 rpm) for nanocrystal purification.
