Ray and beam optics design

Commercial, off-the-shelf, and custom lenses are the basic building blocks of typical free-space optics and optical devices such as binoculars, microscopes, cameras, etc. We offer the design of such systems based on ray tracing. In addition to lenses, the system may include mirrors and paraxial (feature size of the structures is much larger than the wavelength(s) of interest) diffractive surfaces. We also offer illumination design and analysis.
