This home-made manipulating system is for local laser excitation, object transferring and positioning at the microscopic scale. The system consists of microscope (10 x), CMOS camera, coupled 532 nm laser for excitation, two arms of three-axis oil hydraulic micromanipulator (MMO-203, Narishige) and four-degree-of-freedom sample stage.
