Fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope MicroTime 200 (PicoQuant) with inverted microscope IX 73 from Olympus with custom made incubator. Computer controlled 2-dimensional piezo objective scanning with maximum 80 μm x 80 μm scan range at nominal 1 nm positioning accuracy. Detectors are Hybrid-Photomultiplier Tubes (PMA Hybrid Series), Instrument response typ. 120 ps (FWHM) in 300 – 720 nm range. Data acquisition is based on Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) in Time-Tagged Time Resolved (TTTR) mode. Simultaneous data acquisition of two detection channels. Excitation sources: 375, 405, 483 and 658 nm (< 130 ps), burst mode option. Objectives: 100 × Oil immersion, 60 × water immersion, 40 × air spaced.
